Discipleship relationships can be confusing if you’re new and don’t know where to start.  Here is a suggested plan of action that can help get you going.

FIRST STEPS

• PRAY
• Invite someone into discipleship
• Send them the assessment
• Read the follow-up email carefully
• Watch the training videos on your own
• Schedule your first meet-up

FIRST MEET-UP

• PRAY for them
• Print out & read “The Talk” together.   Choose from The Talk for…
  • The Curious
  • The New Believer
  • The New Discipleship Relationships
• Choose 1 or 2 Growth Rhythms for them to work on
• Schedule your next meet-up
• PRAY with them

SECOND MEET-UP & BEYOND

• PRAY for them
• Print out & look over the Meet-Up Guide
• Select the lesson you want to go over & print it out
• Do “Look Back” time by choosing a few questions to ask and answer
• Read your lesson together and answer the questions in the Meet-Up Guide
• Slowly add or update Growth Rhythms as they mature
• PRAY with them
