You can send these digital cards to your disciple to remind them which growth rhythms they should be working on. Each card has the name of the rhythm followed by a short explanation. Near the bottom there is the stage it is appropriate for and the expected frequency underneath (see example below). You can download each card by clicking (or tapping for mobile device) on the image and then right clicking (or holding down for mobile device) and choosing “Save Image.” Tip: Since the format is phone friendly, you can download all the rhythms to your photos on your phone in their own album and then send them to people you are helping as needed.

Ideally, you should assign one Growth Rhythm in each category to the person you are working with. They are ordered in increasing level of intensity from left to right.
