ONE QUESTION

“Have you ever heard what Christians believe from a practicing Christian?” If they say yes, ask them to explain what they heard. If they say no, ask them if you can.

THE GOSPEL

Often we want to know if someone is curious enough for us to present the gospel to them. But try to change your thinking about this by actually using a gospel presentation to see if their curious. Use the three circles explanation followed by a quick lesson from 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 to do this. If they believe the gospel and start to identify as a Christian, move them to the BELIEVER path and start with the Commands of Christ. If they want to investigate more, continue to the Seven Stories of Hope.

SEVEN STORIES OF HOPE

If someone hears the gospel but isn’t ready to follow Jesus you don’t have to just keep repeating your presentation or wait idly by while they become ready. If they are interested in learning more, the SEVEN STORIES OF HOPE are good way to explore the Jesus called people out of their hopelessness.  As they are going through this weekly study with you, have them read some KeyVerses for the curious that you can either text or email them daily.  Start with verses about:
